Feel free to use the Matlab
rlocus()
function
before you sketch it by hand, but be sure to include all the
computations for asymptote angles, departure angles, etc.
to receive full credit.

In addition to what the text requires, additionally, on
the same Matlab plot as the root
locus, use the
pzmap()
function to plot the pole locations of the closed loop system

for about 4 or 5 different values of K to verify that the
poles of the closed loop system are actually on the
root locus plot (which is the whole point...)
