National Security Administration version
It is now 2005 and you work (although you can neither confirm nor
deny it) for a super-secret division of the
National Security Agency. Your
boss tells you that they will be able to generate essentially
unbreakable cryptographic codes if they were able to find the
maximum value of the function
for values of x, y and z all between 0 and 10 (inclusive). You do
not have to find the values for x, y and z exactly, but you
do need to find them to within 0.01.
Some old code is available that may be
modified to solve this problem. To run the code as it is, you
will also need three more files.
