Reading: Chapter 14, sections 1-4.

Exercises: Problems 14.1 and 14.2.

For problem 14.2, it says to consider an equation, but then to determine a linear differential equation approximation for equation 14.20 earlier in the chapter. Should we use the equation given in the problem, or equation 14.20?

I don't know where that 14.20 came from. It should be to find the best linear approximation to the equation given in the problem.
