Exam 1 Grading

The point allocation for the problems on exam 1 are as follows:
    • 5 points for converting to a system of 2 first order equations
    • 5 points for the correct gain values
    • 10 points for solving it correctly (eigenvectors and initial conditions and assembling the solution)
    • 5 points for a correct graph
    • 5 points for eigenvalues
    • 5 points for right eigenvectors and generalized eigenvectors
    • 10 points for assembling correctly in the solutions
    • 5 points for initial conditions
    • 5 points for eigenvalues
    • 5 points for eigenvectors
    • 5 points for right general solution
    • 10 points for right assumed form for particular solution
    • 10 points to correctly take the Laplace transform of the equation
    • 10 points for correctly solving for X(s)
    • 5 points for correct inverse Laplace transform
