professor,
I am confused on the wording of problem 4. in part (a), what equation are you referring to when you say "equation given at begininng of prob 2" and in part (b), what problem 1 are you referring to?

Sorry about that. Since I added problem 1, it screwed up any cross-reference that referred numerically to the other problems. I fixed it in the text of the homework.

professor,
i am trying to copy the first posted program and it opens blank. the other two open fine... i was able to copy it on friday but don't have it anymore and like to use it as reference...can you let me know if it comes up blank for you as well?

It copies fine for me. I think that the filename has changed since Friday, so maybe you need to clear the cache on your browser.
