Argument
- Sutton argues that the Bilski method is nothing more than commodity trading in an exchange
- It must be the work of an artisan, and simple trade is not, it has been around since people have existed
- It is only having middlemen, the commodity providers, hedge the risk of price fluctuations
- Concludes that the judgement should be vacated
