How It Works
- The accelerometer uses the force of acceleration in any direction through a sizemic or inertial piece, and counter balances this force with an electro-magnetic force by flowing current through a "servo loop" creating the magnetic force that can be read with great accuracy.
What Is Claimed
- The first self contained miniature accelerometer
- The high precision accelerometer has been suggested, but never made with the small arrangements
- Avoids disadvantages of other servo accelerometers
- Requires little power to operate, high natural frequency, and minimum connections is exclusive to this product
- Highly improved magnet assembly
- Better organization of internals
