My Selected US Patent
- Patent 4765269: Rightable Catamaran
- Date issued: August 23, 1988
- The concept of the Rightable Catamaran allows for a capsized catamaran to right itself providing a safe and disaster resilient experience for its passengers. The invention idea included two pontoons and a support structure between the two pontoons in a standard catamaran style build of a boat. In order to right itself the pontoons will flood their separated internal compartments and discharge the water in a sequence that will right the boat to its original sailing position.
