Do we need our source code for the ones that say to 'Compare your partial sum approximations to a solution determined numerically' or just the graphs of a couple partial sum solutions comparing them to the numerical solution.

I would include the code for one of them and then just note that the rest are produced by similar programs (assuming that is true).

Should we have plots of approximations and solutions obtained numerically for each problem?

What exactly is meant by the "series solution" of an equation? For most of the problems I am able to find equations for the various values of a_n but I am not exactly sure where to go from there.

Just for each problem that asks for them.

If you assumed a series and provide a means to find all the coefficients, then you have the series solution.
