Reading: all of Chapter 2.

Exercises: 2.1 (numbers 1, 3 and 5 only), 2.2-2.8.

For question 2.1 is the theorem Theorem D.1 that it refers to actually theorem 2.1?

For question 2.7 1) , I don't know if I'm misunderstanding the question, but the question asks for the temperature of the body, without giving any information about time. I don't know if I'm missing something, but I thought we'd need a value for time to figure out a temperature value.

No, D.1 is correct. It's in Appendix D.

If a time isn't given, then you need to find a function that gives the temperature as a function of time.
