physically reduced to practice sometime after critical date
court says on sale bar exists when the invention exists as a completed concept, not necessarily when a physical embodiment is produced.

- ready for patenting
- reduction to practice b4 critical date
- or prior to...completed drawings, etc such that person skilled in prior art could have reduced it to practice
