Union Paper-Bag Mach. Co. v. Murphy 97 U.S. 120, 1877 WL 18651 U.S.,1877

Basically a case about machines that make cuts in paper that prepare it to be made into a paper bag. Both parties have a patent for said type of machine but it turns out that the respondents machine is almost exactly the same as the petitioner, they just call it something different. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
